The Daily Mail (article here) reports on new software called ‘map of deadbeat debtors’ available on WeChat (a Chinese platform similar to Facebook). The app alerts users with a flash when they are within 500 meters of someone who is in debt. The report also suggests that the software will let people report those people who they believe should be able to pay their debts. I wonder what is next???
